Tropical Sorbet Recipe

A tropical delight - banana, pineapple, and mango sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cans diced mango
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 3 pineapple rings quartered
  • .25 cups water
  • .25 cups sugar

Instructions

  • Bring the water and sugar to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is incorporated fully and let cool to form a syrup
  • Add fruit into a blender and mix until smooth
  • Add syrup to blender
  • Chill mixture in the refridgerator for 1-2 hours
  • Follow your ice cream maker's directions for sorbet to freeze or place in a freezer-safe container and into a freezer for 4-8 hours, hand-churning every 30 minutes
