Ingredients

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Cut a stack of corn tortillas into eighths
  • Toss tortillas in a bowl with the olive oil and salt (at least 1 tsp)
  • Spread the tortillas evenly across a baking sheet
  • Place in oven and let bake, flipping tortillas with a spatula every 7 minutes, until they reach desired crispness
