If you do this a lot, you may want to consider a mortar and pestle
Ingredients
2avocados
1/2lime
1tspground cumin
.5tspred pepper flakes
.5tspsalt
.5tspcayenne
2tbspcilantro
1/2 of an onion, diced and 1 diced Roma tomato
Instructions
Remove the peel and seed, placing the flesh or mesocarp* into a sturdy medium bowl
Juice the lime and add to the bowl
Mash the avocado with the back of a fork
Add the spices and stir to incorporate
Add tomato and onion, if desired**
Garnish with chopped cilantro

*Mesocarp is the fleshly, edible portion of the avocado. Which is something I'm sure you've always wanted to know.**Some people love to add onion, tomato, and other vegetables to their guacamole and I support that. My significant other has strong opinions about what should and should not go into guacamole. So my guacamole is a testament to the purity of the avocado-lime-cilantro combo.
